THE PROJECT
Forum is a subscription based podcast streaming app that focuses on bringing a one-of-a-kind experience for streamers and users alike. The app features live podcast listening allowing for interactive and unique podcast experiences as well as closed captions for hard or hearing or deaf users, which is paid for by using a portion of the subscription fee.
THE GOAL
To create a simple, easy to use streaming application with a lively color scheme that provides the quintessential podcast experience for both users and podcasters themselves. The 'Live Podcast' feature should encapsulate the feeling of a physical forum is displayed with the apps use of live podcasting and interaction from users. The app should also qualify and meet the standards of a Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA – AAA ranking.

THE DEVELOPMENT
Development began with brainstorming the name, eventually settling on 'Forum' in reference to the ancient Greco-Roman forums and being a place where people gather and share thoughts and ideas, much like what takes place with a podcast. This idea to encapsulate the feeling of a physical forum is displayed with the apps use of live podcasting and interaction from users.

THE EXECUTION
Version 1

Version Feautures
On the Catalog screen, short descriptions of the episode are shown to give users a small glimpse to the podcast's topics while the leading and text size focuses on the readability for potentially dyslexic users.
Version 2

Version Changes
Changes made for Version 2 include a revision of the color scheme, removing the teal color that originally created some contrast issues, and focusing on using just the gold color with white and black. Text size was increased globally to increase readability.
